Our 40+ years of professional photography experience, combined with the use of current digital post-production techniques and software, like PhotoShop, combines to give you the best clarity and details in every photograph of your art.
 
Black Cat Studio uses specialized capturing techniques to create amazing details in every photograph. File formats from 200Kb to 1GB+ in RGB, CMYK, TIF, and JPG. Our equipment includes Canon 5DSR with Gold & Red Series Lenses and Norman Strobes w/ Chimera Softboxes.

2D

2D objects including, but not limited to framed or unframed, under glass, paintings, drawings & photographs including watercolor, collage, oil, acrylic, encaustic, fiber or cloth. We can also capture family heirlooms or antiquities including paintings, prints, portraits, maps, historical documents, etc.

Std. Res:  up to 60 MB (22MP)  -  12”x18”  - $35
Full Res: up to 125 MB (50MP)  -  18”x24” - $45
2x Res: up to 250 MB (100MP)  -  24”x36” - $65
4x Res: up to 500 MB (200MP)  -  36”x48”  - $125
Custom:  500 MB - 1GB (300MP+) - 60”+ $200-$300

3D

3D objects including sculpture, assemblage, quilts, metal, cast, welded, wood, ceramic, paper, fiber, plaster, stone, vessels, furniture, wall hanging or free standing, large or small. We can also capture collectables including coins, jewelry, books, toys and much more.

Portrait

A necessity for the working professional; portraits can be used for websites, brochures, or any other form of business communication.

Our Portrait Photography session starts at $200 for a studio sitting which includes 1 final image with light retouching, delivered in web and print resolution.

Product

Product photography includes images photographed for sales materials, documentation, catalogues, e-commerce or technical descriptions. Items are photographed in simple sets with one color background, unless otherwise requested.

Priced per Item. Digital Capture $100 each view.
By the Hour: $240 (2 hour minimum)

Hourly Studio Rate, Location or Client Directed Photography:  $240/hr (2 hour min) billed by the 1/4 hour ($60) Travel billed at 1/2 time + $2/mile

• File Delivery Options: Flash Drive ($15), attached to email ($5),  download by ftp (Hightail, We Transfer, Dropbox $5) or onto your own Flash Drive (N/C).

• All files archived at BCS at no charge

• File Retrieval/Formatting: Additional charges for special file sizing and formating. Depending on the quantity of the project there will be an additional charge for file retreival. $35 per 15 min
